I'm a baker, Youtuber, twin mum, and a wife, currently based in the Gold Coast hinterland, Australia. 

I create and share delicious homestyle recipes, perfect for the home baker and those who love to cook for their family and friends. I also love to vlog about my family life with my husband Shannon, and twins Ivy and Remy. 

In 2017 after returning back to Australia from a three year stint in Canada where I was a professional baker and cake decorator, my husband and I founded Le Bon Baker while we were sitting on our couch trying to decide how I could share with others my baking knowledge and keep alive my love for baking.

My husband is the other half of Le Bon Baker, filming and producing the videos each week. I'm very fortunate he is a talented filmmaker with his own business, Risen Film. 

Since 2022, my videos have become a whole lot cuter, now featuring my two babies!
